Ordering
Do you have different products available?
Yes we do! Currently, we offer a 6-pack or 12-pack that you can buy online or at a store near you. We will be offering additional products in the future - stay tuned!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
What if I want to speak to someone?

Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?
We use UPS and USPS for all U.S. orders. Ground shipping for U.S. orders may take up to 5-9 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free shipping on all U.S. returns.
What's the return policy?
A return must be requested 30 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 15 days. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will auto-generate along with the return label). Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip. Merchandise that is not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?
Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

Our materials are chosen to ensure we meet the performance criteria required for the product. Once those conditions are met, we look for the most environmentally friendly products, which includes evaluating the companies that make them.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the USA in Hamilton, Ohio, which is north of Cincinnati.
What are you doing to be more sustainable?
Our sustainability goals always look for new, earth-friendly materials. These goals are designed to innovate and better design how we bring products to life, which means that we: thoughtfully consider and care about the materials we source, the production methods we use, how we distribute and our practices at our headquarters and external locations.
In addition to our material selection and how we manufacture, we are also doing what we can by minimizing production quantities with on demand ordering to minimize unnecessary waste and unnecessary production.
We are on a journey as we continue to grow and evolve as a business and we are committed to taking action towards positive change to care for the planet and its people.

CAN PAHHNI GIVE FASTER HYDRATION?
Alkaline water has been clinically proven to provide superior hydration benefits.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NATURAL ALKALINE WATER AND ARTIFICIAL ALKALINE WATER?
Alkaline Water comes in two different forms, natural alkaline water and artificially produced alkaline water.
Natural alkaline water is naturally alkaline from the source. This occurs because water passes through rocks in the earth and inherits minerals. Pahhni Water obtains its natural alkalinity and natural mineral content while filtering through the limestone.
Artificial alkaline water is produced when neutral or tap water is made alkaline by different processes - two common ones are electrolysis and ionization. Artificially produced alkaline water does not contain naturally occurring minerals, however, some companies will add in selected minerals. Other bottled water companies will try to mislead customers by marketing their products as ‘natural’ despite using unnatural manipulation.
WHAT IS ALKALINITY & PH?
Alkalinity refers to the capacity of water to neutralize an acid. pH is a measurement scale from 0 – 14 that expresses the acidity or alkalinity of water. pH 7 is neutral with lower values more acidic and higher values more alkaline. Most bottled waters have a pH of 7.0 whereas alkaline water, which is also called ionized water, generally has a pH up to 9.5, although some alkaline waters are a little higher.
Pahhni Water has a pH of 8+ from the source.

The unique benefit of Pahhni Water is the all-natural limestone filtration which gives it a naturally occurring high pH of 8+ without ionization. This water then comes from the City of Hamilton Municipal Water.
WHAT DO YOU DO TO THE WATER? ARE YOU JUST PUTTING TAP WATER INTO THE BOTTLES?
No, we do not put tap water into the bottles. Our process is proprietary and you will love it! We will also be introducing infused water (think flavors and nootropics)
DO YOU ADD FLUORIDE TO THE WATER?
No we do not.
